Privacy Policy for Helpful.com Inc. (the “Company”)

By using the Company's services you agree to this privacy policy and the Terms of Service in the SaaS Agreement as applicable.

This agreement extends to the Company's affiliates and applies to your use of any new features that are added to the Company's services. We may update this privacy policy and if you continue to use the Company's services then you agree to the revised policy.

Slack Technologies, Inc. did not create or support any of the Company’s services.
There is no warranty of any kind whatsoever for using this service.

Personal Information

“Personal information” means any information that clearly identifies an individual. The company collects personal information from a variety of systems as the user may authenticate while using the app, including by not limited to calendar, Google Drive files, contacts, email address, basic profile information, phone numbers, user-provided photographs, and Slack team and user ids to verify access.


Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties for the purposes of their marketing of products or services. Services provided by the Company use Google Analytics, Taplytics, and Mixpanel for event tracking. No personal information is shared with outside parties other than the site tracking data collected by these event tracking systems and third party systems for application development purposes. Personal information may be provided to third parties as compelled by law, to protect a person's safety, to potential threats to our Terms of Service, or in the course of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or other similar transaction involving the Company.

Protection of Information
The Company follows industry standards regarding information security management to safeguard personal information. No internet security is perfectly secure and the Company does not guarantee absolute protection. The Company may transmit personal information about you outside your jurisdiction of residence.

Use of Personal Information
The Company uses personal information for the purpose of tracking patterns of use of its services and making its services better, including across different sets of users. If you elect to stop using the Company's services, the Company may still use existing personal information in its systems according to its privacy policy in effect at that time.
