A managed services provider (MSP), is an information technology (IT) services provider, who manages and assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of services to our clients either proactively or as are laid out in the contract that our client has signed.
These services are done remotely over the Internet rather than having to perform on-site client visits, which are much more time consuming and therefore more expensive, savings that we pass on to our clients in this value added service. In addition, we are also able to find, diagnose and quickly fix minor problems long before they turn into major problems.
